Printmaking 101

Discover the timeless art of printing in this immersive four-session course designed for adults of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this course will guide you through the essentials of printing techniques, including block printing, silkscreening, mono printing and more. All materials are provided. 

    Workshops are an opportunity to get in the textile studio and learn something new.  Students will gain hands-on experience from artists and professional makers to learn  techniques for surface design, pattern making and related skills.

    Your Instructor: Our accomplished arts instructors are passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding you through the creative process. With a deep understanding of various artistic techniques, they provide personalised guidance and feedback to support your artistic journey.

    This course is taught by: Nicole Booyse

    Materials and Supplies: All necessary materials and tools for the workshop will be provided for use during the sessions. This includes a variety of art supplies tailored to the specific workshop. Detailed information about materials will be provided during the workshop.

    HCS Facilities and Equipment: Hamilton Craft Studios' well-equipped studio spaces are designed to accommodate a wide range of artistic projects. Our spacious and well-lit studios are furnished with art supplies, easels, work tables, and other essential equipment to support your creative journey.
