Craft a Birthday to Remember

Celebrate creativity, connection, and joy at Hamilton Craft Studios.

Our birthday workshops turn party time into creative time, a chance for you to make something meaningful together. Each 1.5 hour, instructor-led session invites guests to explore, create, and celebrate through hands-on projects in our vibrant studio.

Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a full group celebration, we’ll take care of the project setup, supplies, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the day.

What’s Included

A Warm Welcome
Our friendly team will greet guests and guide everyone to the party space. Hosts are welcome to arrive early to decorate, we’ll be there to help with setup and support throughout the event.

Creative Workshop
Our artist-instructors lead a craft activity designed for the age, skill level, and interests of your group. Choose from a variety of projects across ceramics, textiles, or woodworking. Not sure what you want to do? Let's chat to come up with something special to match your interests.

Guided Instruction
We make creativity approachable and fun. Each guest receives individual guidance, encouragement, and space to make something they’re proud of.

Celebrate Together
After creating, enjoy cake and refreshments in our cozy studio kitchen. You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations, we’ll provide the welcoming atmosphere.

Take-Home your Art!
Each guest leaves with their finished piece; a handmade party favour and lasting reminder of the day.
Please note: clay projects require 2–4 weeks for firing and pickup.

Details & Pricing

Duration: 1.5 hour workshop, 2.5 hours total space access
Group Size: Up to 25 participants
Pricing:

• 5–10 guests: $325
  
• 10–15 guests: $400
  
• 15–20 guests: $500
  
• Additional participants: $35 each

Supervision:
At least one adult per 10 children is required. Our instructors lead the creative program, while parents or guardians remain responsible for overall supervision.

Cancellation Policy:

• 3+ weeks’ notice: no fee, full refund
  
• Less than 3 weeks: minimum rate applies

Waivers:
All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must complete a waiver before the event begins.
