Join us at Hamilton Craft Studios for an unforgettable birthday celebration filled with creativity and fun! Our two-hour instructor-led craft party is the perfect way to celebrate your child's special day. Here's what our birthday party package includes:

1. Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, our friendly staff will greet the birthday child and their guests, making them feel special and excited for the fun ahead.
   
   
2. Craft Activity: Our talented instructors will lead the party guests in a hands-on craft project tailored to the birthday child's interests. From our ever popular wood wobots woodworking workshop to ceramic painting or fabric printing, there's a craft to suit every child's creative expression.
   
   
3. Guided Instruction: Our experienced instructors will guide the children through each step of the craft activity, ensuring that everyone feels confident and inspired. They'll provide helpful tips and encouragement to bring out the best in each young artist.
   
   
4. Personalised Touches: We'll customise the craft activity to match the chosen party theme or the birthday child's preferences. Whether it's pirates, astronauts, animals, or something entirely unique, we'll make it extra special. (no trademarked characters please)
   
   
5. Celebration Time: After the craft activity, we'll gather together to sing "Happy Birthday" and enjoy cake or treats brought by the birthday child's family. Our studio provides a festive atmosphere with decorations and a dedicated celebration area.
   
   
6. Party Favours: Each guest will take home their completed craft masterpiece as a personalised party favour, reminding them of the fun they had at the Hamilton Craft Studios birthday party. Please note that clay workshops require 2-4 weeks for the firing process and pieces must be picked up by the party organiser within 2 weeks of being contacted by HCS staff.
   
   
7. Stress-Free Experience: We take care of all the setup, cleanup, and materials, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the celebration. Our goal is to create a memorable and hassle-free experience for both children and parents.

Waivers are to be filled out prior to start time by each participating child's parent/guardian/caregiver.

Fees

The following fees apply for our birthday party packages:

• 5-10 kids: $300
• 10-15 kids: $400
• 15-20 kids: $500
• Additional participants (including adults): $30 per person

Minimum supervision from your party is 1 Adult per 5 children, our staff are present to run the workshops/event, but we do not supervise the attendees. A timeline will be provided to the event organiser as a guideline for running a smooth workshop and party

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with ample notice in the event of a cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made with at least 3 weeks' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the scheduled event: A cancellation fee equal to our minimum rate will apply.
