Registration and cancellation
Registration is available online or in person. It is recommended that you sign up online as we can not reserve spots without payment. Payment is to be made immediately upon registration in order to obtain a spot in the workshop.
If you no longer wish to attend/can no longer attend your class/workshop, HCS will open the spot to the waiting list. Class fees will be credited to your account and can be applied to any future studio use, classes, workshops, materials or fees. Cancellation notification must be received 2 weeks prior to the class start date. Refunds will not be issued for participant initiated cancellations within 2 weeks of course start date. If a class/workshop is cancelled by the HCS refunds will be issued promptly.Hamilton Craft Studios is following COVID-19 protocols as designated by Health Canada.
We encourage members and class participants to practice masking and social distancing as much as possible.
While we do not currently require masks, HCS asks that members and participants respect each others' comfort levels with masking. If you are interacting with someone who is masked, please consider mirroring and mask up for the duration. Let's take care of each other.
Safety and Liability
All members and participants will be provided with necessary liability waivers as required. Hamilton Craft Studios reserves the right to deny entry to persons it deems unfit or unsafe in the studios.
