Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration
Registration is available online or in person. However, we strongly recommend online registration, as we cannot reserve spots without payment.

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the workshop.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you are no longer able to attend a class or workshop you are registered for, please inform us at hello@hamiltoncraftstudios.com as soon as possible. Hamilton Craft Studios (HCS) will open your spot to the waiting list for registration.

Class fees are non-refundable but may be credited to your account for future use on studio rentals, classes, workshops, materials, or fees.

Cancellation Timeline
More than 2 weeks before the start date: Participants may request a full credit for future use at HCS.

Between 2 weeks and 72 hours before the start date: A credit may be issued at HCS’s discretion, retained by HCS for future application to course, workshop or membership fees.

Less than 72 hours before the start date: Fees are forfeited unless HCS is able to fill the spot before the class starts.

HCS-Initiated Cancellations
If HCS cancels a class or workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Illness & Community Care Policy

At Hamilton Craft Studios (HCS), we are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive community space. We ask all members and guests to consider the well-being of others—especially those who are immunocompromised, disabled, or otherwise vulnerable—when participating in our shared studio environment.

If you are feeling unwell: Please stay home and take the time you need to recover. If you are registered for a class and cannot attend due to illness, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

Masking & Hygiene: While masks are not required, we encourage their use—especially if you are experiencing mild symptoms or have recently been exposed to illness. Handwashing and sanitizing stations are available throughout the studio, and we encourage frequent use.

Respect & Consideration: If a fellow participant is wearing a mask, please be mindful and consider mirroring their precaution as a gesture of care.

Collaborative Care: Community spaces thrive when we collectively prioritize each other's health. If you are recovering from an illness and feel well enough to attend, please take extra precautions, such as wearing a mask, maintaining distance, and minimizing contact.

By working together, we can create a safer, more welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you for your care and consideration.

Safety and Liability

All members and participants must complete any required liability waivers before using the studio.

HCS reserves the right to deny entry or participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe for the studio environment.
