This eight-week introductory woodworking course provides a comprehensive foundation in working with wood. Participants will learn how to select, mill, and prepare lumber for a range of small projects while building essential skills in measurement, cutting, joinery, and finishing.

Guided by an experienced instructor, students will complete four functional projects: a cutting board, carved spoon, rolling pin, and a small shelf or spice rack using solid wood joinery. Each project builds on the last, reinforcing tool familiarity, safety, and technique.

Materials and Supplies: All essential materials and tools for the workshop will be provided for use during the sessions. This includes wood, carving tools, finishing supplies, and various hand tools. Detailed information about materials will be shared during the course.
