Job Opportunities at HCS

About HCS Summer Camp: Values & Mission

Hamilton Craft Studios Summer Craft Camp is rooted in the values of creativity, community care, and accessible education. We believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming space to explore their imagination, build new skills, and connect with others through making.

Our camp is designed not just as a place to keep kids busy, but as an opportunity to nurture confidence, independence, and creative expression. Whether they’re building with wood, sculpting clay, or learning to sew, campers are supported by working artists, educators, and skilled facilitators who are deeply committed to inclusive, meaningful experiences.

Summer camp at HCS also directly supports our mission to provide affordable, equitable access to arts-based programming year-round. By choosing our camp, families help us expand access to the creative arts for more children, youth, and community members in Hamilton.

We're proud to offer a camp environment where curiosity is encouraged, kindness is practiced, and every child is met with care and respect.
