Children must be 5 years or older

Connecting through Craft is a four-week beginner friendly course designed to support meaningful connection through shared creative work. This workshop invites caregivers and children to slow down and create together in a welcoming studio space.

Participants will explore both hand-built ceramics and basic textile techniques while learning foundational skills and working collaboratively. The focus is on connection, communication, and creative confidence rather than finished outcomes.

No prior experience is required. All skill levels are welcome.

Week 1: Caregiver only
6:00 to 8:00 pm
Relax, reflect, and create a 
ceramic envelope to open a line of communication with your child.

Week 2:
Caregiver + Child
6:00 to 7:30 pm

Share, guide, and make a second envelope 
together.

Week 3:
 Caregiver only
6:00 to 8:00 pm

Craft a 
fabric banner with an empowering word for your child.

Week 4: Caregiver + Child
6:00 to 7:30 pm

Lead and co-create a 
banner together, fostering pride and connection.
