Hamilton Craft Market 2026 — Vendor Application Fee
This is the $5 application fee for the 2026 Hamilton Craft Market. It is not a table fee and it does not guarantee you a spot — it covers the cost of running the jury process.
How to apply
- Pay the $5 application fee here.
- You'll get an order confirmation email with your order number.
- Open the application form and fill it out. You'll be asked for that order number.

Hamilton Craft Studios members apply free
If you're a current HCS member, you don't pay this fee. Skip straight to the application form and select "HCS member" when asked about payment.
The market
Friday, December 4 — Preview Market & Early Bird Sale, 6–9 PM, followed by the Preview Party, 9 PM–1 AM.
Saturday, December 5 — Public Market, 11 AM–4 PM. Free entry.
121 Princess St, 3rd Floor, Hamilton. Elevator accessible.
Table fees (only if you're accepted)
- Friday Preview + Saturday — $150
- Saturday only — $100
Table fees are invoiced after acceptance, due September 21, and payable by e-transfer only.
