The full public market. Forty-plus Hamilton makers, live demos in the ceramics and wood studios, food and drink, and handmade gifts straight from the people who made them.

Apply to be a vendor

Applications for the 2026 market are open to makers of every discipline — ceramics, textiles, woodwork, jewellery, print, glass, leather, illustration, metal, candles and small-batch food. You do not need to have done a market before.

About 15 minutes. You will need your bio, product photos and a headshot ready — the full list is below.

Questions

Do I have to do both days?

No. You can apply for Saturday only. Friday Preview vendors are a smaller, curated group and those tables include Saturday as well.

Does paying the $5 mean I am in?

No. It is an application fee, not a table fee, and it is not refundable. Everyone is juried.

How and when do I pay my table fee?

If you are accepted on September 14, we will email you an invoice. Table fees are due September 21 and are payable by e-transfer only.

I am an HCS member. What do I do?

Skip the fee entirely. Go straight to the form and select HCS member when it asks about payment.

Is the space accessible?

Yes. We are on the 3rd floor at 121 Princess St and the building has an elevator. Tell us on the form if you need anything specific for load-in.

Can I sell work I did not make?

No. Everything on your table has to be made by you. We do allow small-batch collaborations — just tell us on the form.
