Stewardship & Community Care
As a member of our community, you’ll contribute to the care and sustainability of the ceramics studio through stewardship efforts and community contribution. This keeps the studio clean, organized, and welcoming for all while ensuring our shared resources are well maintained.
Stewardship efforts include:
- Contribution of 2–4 hours per week to studio care (kiln loading, cleaning, reclaim, inventory, etc.)
- Following all studio guidelines and safety practices, supporting new members as they learn studio etiquette
- Be active participants in upholding a kind, respectful, and inclusive space for all members
What’s Not Included:
- Personal instruction (classes and private lessons available separately)
- Excessive or oversize firing (members must adhere to firing limits)
- Storage beyond your designated shelf space
